Had a great time yesterday. It's nice to meet people and put faces to rigs.
The park was cool. Being the most stock rig with the group, I found myself on some trails that were a bit beyond my skill and my rigs capability but with a little help we were able to get through. Did end up with some rock rash to remember the trip by. [album][album]

Dropped a few pictures into my album.

great time wheeling with everyone ,, to bad the part is soooo small that you see everything in 2 hours. i really seems like it was bigger way back in the early days... and they logged the back half .... left it a disaster :|

You've been there Donnie. It's not hard to cover ground when there's not much to challenge ya. At least that's the way I remember it. Especially if your avoiding there nasty mud holes.

we got bored ,,, hit the woods ... looked like hell driving over stumps and sawdust... went back down to the rocks and was in line just to get to a play area...

yawn... before that , we did blueberry ( every way possible) , rock crawl , rim trail , lion's arch or back .. whatever it is ., played on the small ledge near the parking lot ... went across the street , hit a couple trails in the wood, sand dune , and the old jeepskool playground.... we weren't really into watching other people ... so we split and hit summit racing

It was worth the trip just to say I've been there. Not sure I'd plan to make the 3 hour drive up again.
Wife even said she had as much fun in Tar Hollow as up there.

Well when we started discussing Southington the Fox was the ground may be covered in snow which would have made it a lot more interesting unfortunately that didn't happen and not very of us made the ride anyways hopefully March turns out a lot better.

This is a new thing we're trying for the first time so hopefully as the year goes on it gets better and better
